This college offers Two-Year Programs, Diploma/Certificate Programs, General Education/College Transfer, Health Education Collaborative Courses, and Continuing Education. The two-year college transfer program is designed for students who wish to transfer to a four-year university. The program includes required freshman- and sophomore-level courses in English composition, humanities/fine arts, social/behavioral sciences, natural sciences/mathematics and physical education.

Two-Year Programs include Accounting, Advertising and Graphic Design, Agribusiness Technology, Associate Degree Nursing, Business Administration, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice Technology, Early Childhood, Health Information Technology, Information Systems, Livestock & Poultry Technology, Medical Assisting, Office Systems Technology, Paralegal Technology, and Viticulture and Enology Technology. JSCC is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
